Potential for 2009
This has been one of the worst winters we have had for many years. Many of my animals live in outdoor vivaria or unheated greenhouses and this is the first time they have been subjected to such severe conditions.
But, now the end of February has come and we have had a couple of mild, sunny days I have been relieved to see some of these animals emerging from hibernation in apparently excellent condition. So, the early signs are here that I will be able to offer some very nice species later in the year.
