Learning Objective: 
  • The aim of the course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills to achieve the AOFAQ Level 3 Award in Education and Training. By the end of the course, learners will be able to:
  • Explain the role and responsibilities of a teacherl; Describe the importance of inclusive teaching and learning; Select a variety of teaching and learning approaches to meet the needs of students; Devise a teaching and learning plan; Deliver a teaching session on a subject in your specialism; Explain the different types of assessment; Describe the principles of assessment in education and training.
